Frequently asked questions

Is this just light maintenance? Is it worth it? +
For the right BBQ profile β€” functional, lightly to moderately used, start of season β€” yes. A pro inspection can catch a burner starting to clog, a weakening regulator, sear plates rusting. Better to know now than mid-dinner with guests. If your BBQ is genuinely dirty though, the Maintenance package won't work miracles β€” Cleaning or Restoration are better fits.
When to pick Maintenance vs Cleaning? +
Maintenance = BBQ that wintered outside or was lightly used, you just want to prep it for the season. Cleaning = BBQ truly used over summer, with grease starting to accumulate, where grates need real degreasing. Not sure? Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight which one fits.
Does this help maintain my BBQ? +
Yes β€” the Maintenance package helps you better maintain the equipment and spot parts to watch. A BBQ inspected annually where worn parts get replaced before they break stays functional longer. Maintenance alone doesn't replace parts, but it tells you what should be.
How does it work on site? +
We arrive at the scheduled time. Quick inspection (5 min), package confirmation if all good, otherwise we discuss. You don't need to stay through the whole service β€” just make sure the BBQ is accessible. We text you when done with photos and our recommendations.
How long does the result last? +
Maintenance is built to prep the season. If you use the BBQ 1–2Γ— per week, you'll be fine until next season. Through summer, grease will naturally build up β€” a Cleaning package mid-season or next season can help.
How do we pay? +
Credit card, Interac e-transfer, or cash on site. Invoice emailed. Taxes extra.

Get your BBQ ready for the season.

The Maintenance package is the solid baseline: visual inspection, basic cleaning, function check and recommendations. To start the season right, without overcomplication.
